Now that Im here I would like to paste my suggestions from the discord.
Education edition scoreboard:
Internal for the class – individual students compete with each other. Weekly
School-wide scoreboard – different classes from the school compete with each other in the school. Monthly.
Nation-wide scoreboard – Lasts for the whole academic year, schools compete with each other
As a reward the number 1 school in the National leaderboard gets a Certificate as an award
School-wide registration
Schools, as institutions, get registered on the platform. Teachers and students join classrooms through codes.
Classifications of teachers and (their) classrooms:
A-languages in the school’s curriculum
B-languages as extracurricular activities
Or both.
For easier school administration:
1.ย “Export data” button, so teachers can save/send/whatever student progress data in case it is needed in grading/competitions/applying to college removed link
2. (More will be added in case I think of something)ย
While most ministries of education are open to using digital platforms to improve the quality of education, Lingonaut would stand out more if it is academically certified and/or supported by some governmental institution or non-governmental organisation such as Instituto Cervantes, British Council and etcc. To cross reference it with this, it would ease things on the Welsh course, as British council(at least to my knowledge) dabbles in teaching Welsh.ย
